If you’re still seeing the issue, it may be a browser issue. Can you try clearing your browser cache by following the instructions below?

Thanks. A simple command + R fixed it but why doesn’t the chat work? It just sits there buffering. I used to be able to problems address immediately. Not cool to not get what I’m paying for.

Could you follow the steps outlined here? This way you should be able to connect to us as a paid plan customer.
Sometimes, you may not get a immediate response when there are no Happiness Engineers available, but we still respond to you as soon as we can once your request/question is submitted through the Help Center.

Now I’m seeing that though command R worked once, I’m back to getting the error message. I guess I have to clear cache but why would it work once then not again?

Hey there! I’ve had a look over everything here and I can assure you all our support channels are working properly. It seems that there is something wrong with the Internet browser that you are using. This could be a number of things and we can’t necessarily help you fix problems that you are experiencing on your own device or network, but I would suggest checking out our guide here and considering testing working with a different browser for a little while.
