  Support has been temporarily closed now for days, even during the 9 – 5 hours. I have followed all the links given. How do I get hold of support.

  Hmmm, interesting. I hadn’t noticed that the support button was not there during the day. Hang in there and perhaps our intrepid moderator or one of the staff will float by and let us know what is going on.

  Cheers, I have been referred to support for days and cannot get hold of them, moderators are unable to answer my questions. Getting desperate

  Most of us are only volunteers so we cannot be of much help on this. Like I said, perhaps one of the staff will pop in. They do monitor the forum. I’ve tagged this modlook so that Trent will see it.

  support is closed during the weekend!!!!!!!!

  Staff have the forum on feeds and during the weekend or any hours they are not technically open if there are urgent matters they do attend to them.

  What problem is your blog experiencing? Perhaps if you share it with us we will be able to a suggest a fix.
