Support “closed”?? You cannot be serious

    Guys,

This is a website. Visitors don’t come in when the sign says “open”. Thousands of your users are in a different timezone. So why in the name of all that is holy should they only be permitted to send you support queries from Monday to Friday US time???

Would it kill you to allow those little messages to arrive on your mail servers queue “out of hours”. Does it charge you overtime or something?

Please kindly explain this bizarre phenomenon, because it certainly makes no sense to me. I’ve just sent a very detailed mail with my account details to what now appears to be the wrong support group, because your support links said “we’re closed” and the only place I could find a way to send a bug issue turns out to be for WordPress.org rather than WordPress.com. So please, do tell us why you think causing your users inconvenience, duplicated effort and frustration is a great idea.

    Many thanks,

    Victoria

You can always email them at support@wordpress.com.

But also, do try to remember that WP.com provides you a free blogging service. Their support is excellent and the forums are actively staffed by many knowledgeable volunteers and staff.
