Hi, I am wondering if there is a way to organise a skype call with the support team? I have spent the last few months trying to find out what to do with my website and no one seems to be able to help and sends me in a different direction. I feel that contacting wordpress is my best and only option. A 10-15 minute phone call is all I am asking for please and I am happy to pay if I need to. Thankyou. Belinda Bird.

There is no phone support on WordPressdotcom. If you have any kind of paid upgrade, you may see a live chat window in your site Dashboard when Staff are available .

Thankyou both for your response. I dont know if I should upgrade or not, that is one of my questions. I am currently hosted by someone else and am not sure if I should transfer from them to wordpress.com.

Here goes with the rest of my questions. I am currently using the enigma theme with wordpress.
1. How do I remove the 2nd menu? When on a page it will display the page I am on under the main menu e.g. home/contact. I only want the main menu.
2. How do I remove the archives section in my sidebar, except for on my blog page?
3. How do I remove the pages list in the footer? It is not showing up when I go to footer in my back office.
4. How do I put the main menu in the header, to the right of my logo, below the Facebook symbol? You mentioned that I need to contact someone for this. Who?
5. How do I get paragraph breaks? You will see on my about page that there are no gaps between paragraphs to really separate them. I can get a page break but not a section break. I have tried putting 2, 3, 4, and more spaces between and it does not save it.
6. How do I change the page design for my blog page so they list a bit more rather than just show all of them in a scroll?
7. I want to create a personal log in name and password for each of my clients and a personalised order form for each. I cannot find a plug in to do this. I can find ones for a shop and for an order form but not one that will allow me to create personalised log in’s for each clients with personalised order forms.
I know some of the previous questions seem very simple but I have tried all of the ways to fix them that I can find online through forums and youtube and it is still not working.
I would really appreciate any answers you may have. Thank you very much.
