Hello? My website is down. We have paid for the premium site and are very dissatisfied with your service. We paid for a domain to have our website NOT say wordpress.com and yet it continues to say it. Now our website is not even working. I’d like to assist you with this issue.
When I looked up the domain carlbeckerandson.com, it looks like it is not pointing to WordPress.com, but instead is pointing to 1and1.com hosting. In order for it to point to carlbeckerandson.wordpress.com you will need to log into your domain registrar account and point the name servers to WordPress.com, as follows:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMYou will also need to go into your site’s Dashboard and under Store > Domains, update the primary domain to carlbeckerandson.com.
Once you have done those two things, please allow up to 72 hours for the domain records to update across the internet so your domain functions properly on WordPress.com.

We paid for premium so it does NOT have “wordpress.com” in the URL for others to see. Fix that.

This is frustrating. Why cant tech support make PHONE CALLS to assist there Clients???????? This is non-sense. Fix this problem. We are running a business here and don’t have time to deal with your technical errors.

The domain carlbeckerandson.com was not registered through WordPress.com, so we cannot assist you with updating the name server information.
Here is the WHOIS information for that domain:

As you can see from the WHOIS record for the domain:

ns28.1and1.com 217.160.83.147In order for the domain to work on WordPress.com, those name servers should be updated to point to WordPress.com as I indicated previously. Because the registrar is melbourneit.com, we cannot do this on your behalf.
Once the name servers have been updated, I will be able to assist you further.

I am not understanding where to change the domain at. I keep getting error codes that “this webpage has a redirect loop”.
