  Why is the support documentation unavailable duing a work week during prime time on the interent? Can’t any work on it be done in the off-peak hours timeframe?

  All I get is forum search results. Thanks but I can use Google to locate threads far faster than that. What I want access to is the support docs.

  tt, I’m getting both support docs and forum results when using the search box in the Support site… were you searching for something specific that gave you only forum results?

  I always use google to search both forum and support. It just works so much better than the search here.
