Hi, My client got a email from jetpack fro (email visible only to moderators and staff) in arabic and I’m trying to see if that is a legitimate email or a phishing. Please let me know.

That email address is Jetpack’s support email, but I’m not aware of Jetpack providing support in Arabic. I’ll have to check on that.
In the meantime, can you share your client’s WordPress.com username, or the URL of their Jetpack-connected site?
And can you share the subject line of the email? You can just paste the Arabic text here – we’ll use Google Translate to understand, but need the actual text to search for the email in our system.

This is tricky for us to look into since we don’t do much Jetpack support here in the WordPress.com support forums. We have some basic familiarity but are not able to do deep troubleshooting.
Can you please report this issue to Jetpack support by asking here? They’ll be able to investigate this further to see why the email is in Arabic,thanks!
