Support failure

Please pardon my frustration, but where did your support go? It was great a year ago with chat, then it was only email, now it is only forum? With the frequency of tracking number and confirmation issues my customers are having lately, I need faster and less run around support that carries over a few weeks. I am beginning to contemplate migrating my site to a different platform because of this as it is costing us resources and time. Again, please understand my frustration as this is recurring, and the last time this error happened, it took 2 weeks to resolve and there was nothing that I or any web developer could do on my end, and to deal with this at the last mile stretch where customers are going to be extra critical about tracking numbers for Father’s day, makes for a super stressful situation.

Hi @pine9holsters we’re sorry about that! You certainly shouldn’t have to contact us only via the support forums, there’s been a bit of a glitch on our end that we’re working on resolving already. For the time being, replying to the email you already have with us will be the best way to stay in touch with support.
