  I need to talk to some concerned person in order to build a new website with payment gateway and new features.

  Hi there!

  Since you are looking to add a payment gateway, I understand that you are in creating an e-commerce site, is that correct?

  To create a site like that on WordPress.com you would need plan Business or eCommerce. You will be able to do the same thing on both plans, however, eCommerce comes with WooCommerce and a few extensions already pre-installed. Here you can read more about both plans:
