Support for custom font problem on mobile phone

  1. Though WPsupport seems to indicate a special contact form for support to those who have paid upgrades, I cannot find it (I have two premium upgrades) so here I am in this forum.
  2. I have only used upgrades for adfree, domain reg, and custom fonts, used sparingly. I set up a blog for a friend and edit it for her (credocreek.com). It displays just fine on our computers and on my ATT Galaxy 3 phone with latest android. I am trying longdistance to show her how to access her site on her ATT Galaxy 5 new phone. She is using stock browser that came with phone and probably on whatever default settings she had. Apparently the titles, headlines, etc, which I set to Fertigo font don’t show at all. Is this a setting on her phone or something about android not playing nicely with typekit font? Any suggestions will be appreciated. I do not have access to an SG5 to troubleshoot…and I am 1200 miles away from her. Thanks in advance. (Using 2010 theme)
