support for embed objects of infogr.am
-
Dear all,
I found this thread concerning the support of embeds from infogr.am. This site allows you to create simple infographics and embed them into your own website.
The last post I referenced above is from June 2013, stating the infogr.am is not on the wishlist yet. Being 2015, do you re-consider of adding infogr.am to the wishlist?
Thankfully,
Robert

Hi.
The situation remains the same: the <iframe> tag isn’t allowed on WordPress.com for security reasons. -
Hi galois,
They also provide a script tag:
<script id="infogram_0_fictive_share_of_households_wasting_food" src="//e.infogr.am/js/embed.js?eky" type="text/javascript"></script><div style="width:100%;border-top:1px solid #acacac;padding-top:3px;font-family:Arial;font-size:10px;text-align:center;"><a target="_blank" href="https://infogr.am/fictive_share_of_households_wasting_food" style="color:#acacac;text-decoration:none;">Fictive share of households wasting food</a> | <a style="color:#acacac;text-decoration:none;" href="https://infogr.am" target="_blank">Create infographics</a></div> -

Please, read the article that I linked in my response:
JavaScript
Users are not allowed to post JavaScript on WordPress.com blogs. JavaScript can be used for malicious purposes. As an example, JavaScript has taken sites such as MySpace.com and LiveJournal offline in the past. The security of all WordPress.com blogs is a top priority for us, and until we can guarantee scripting languages will not be harmful, they will not be permitted.
JavaScript from trusted partners, such as YouTube and Google Video, is converted into a WordPress shortcode when a post is saved.

Apologises for not having read your full response! As a workaround until the site gained enough popularity to become a trusted partner, the only solution is to paste charts as images.
