I see that if a need a pre-sales information, there isn’t any direct email, online chat or phone number to call to clarify my doubts.
If I will start a paid service (as your backup&restore service ‘Security Real-Time’) I wil lhave the possibility to be suported by chat/email/phone? Or I still will be redirected to the community in case I need support? -

With the ‘Premium’ plan or higher you get live chat support. For 24/7 live chat support you would need the ‘Business’ plan or higher.
