Support for WordPress.org site

Hi,
I am struggling to find out how to get assistance with my self hosted WordPress site.
I would like to customize the layout of the woocommecre plugin to a certain extent, but I am having problems with custom css to make changes as well as with the formatting of the woocommerce pages.
Please advise on how I can make contact with someone form WordPress who can help.

Thank you very much, please see my comments below:
– Link 1: Takes you to Woocmmerce and WordPress.com support link, however my website is a wordpress.org site. Will this still work with our existing woocommerce store in wordpress.org?
– Link 2: Takes you through a whole lot of “previously solved forums”, but without giving you the option to submit a new request.
– Link 3: Explains the difference between wordpress.com and wordpress.org and I have established that I have a .org account.Thank you, please let me know if you would be able to advise on how to proceed.

1. WooCommerce is part of Automattic/WordPress.com so I believe you should be able to use this WordPress.com account to ask your questions.
2. However the WordPress.org support forum has no connection with this WordPress.com forum. You’d need to register a new account there to post in those forums.
3. I posted that link for the benefit of anyone else who bumps into this thread. Threads hang around here for years…
4. The benefit of a WordPress.com Business or eCommerce plan is the availability of staff support. With a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software you don’t have the same backup as you’ve noticed.
