Support has not Answered since Sept 27th

    I have found support has gone completely down hill. I have been trying to reach someone in the chat feature for three days. I had asked a question and they gave an answer that did not work and then immediately disappeared. I have a business plan which is supposed to offer unlimited support.

    I would like to get some help from support to answer my questions without having to wait days. Is this possible on wordpress anymore? Or should I be looking for another provider.
