I need to get in touch with support and have been trying for a whole week but no matter if I use my laptop or mobile, the ‘continue’ button is greyed out and I can’t send a ticket. I need urgent help!! What do I do? They don’t have an email address or a phone number so there is no other way to contact them other than the way which is broken.

We were able to sort this out. The inability to contact us through the help center at https://wordpress.com/help/contact/ is because the Jetpack Plugin became disconnected. This happens when another theme or plugin runs interference on the site.
