Support is getting ridiculous.

    I have purchased the Creator package and I tried to migrate the website but it is stuck on Import in progress for more than 36 hours. I cannot edit it, delete it or do anything with it.
    I have tried to contact the support every 8 hours, but I can see just the email option, not the chat option. I have sent emails each time but no anwser for more than 24 h. Is it normal not to get answers and to be ignored by the support team?

    It’s starting to feel normal. When I do get a reply, they often haven’t actually read or responded to the problem and ask me the same questions I’ve answered over and over again.

    I just read that the CEO took a 3 month paid leave too…
