Support Live Chat is not working!

I just wrote and tried to send a very detailed message about my issue and the system said couldn’t generate ai-message and then it “couldn’t load messages.”
WHAT is happening here? I just lost all the words that I typed for help. Are the systems changing, WHAT’S going on? The Live Chat feature seems to be broken and I pay to have fast help. Frustrated.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’ll wait until it’s fixed, I like my privacy. The forums seem to have good seo as I have been told that when people search out our site, they can find replays or questions in the forums. Thank you.

To clarify, you were able to get the live chat/email support option to appear finally? Or the underlying issue (that had you contacting us in the first place) is resolved. Thanks for confirming. If you’ve seen a change on your end we would like to report that to our devs, thanks!

No, I was not able to get live chat to work. I resolved the chat here since the issue is being worked on for the live chat. My original issue can wait.
