  Dear Sir/Madam

  I paid the subscription of £3/month + VAT and I had a domain from GoDaddy that it says is connected with your site now but I cannot see it.
  I have built my site but it will not launch as it says I need to pay my subscription.
  My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the domain I have and want to use is counsellingtherapists.com

  I get very frustrated and find this very difficult so please can someone help.

  This is WordPress.com. Did you definitely pay here for helenawoodgatecounsellor.wordpress.com as your domain is registered with GoDaddy and pointing to Wix. Did you mean to pay Wix rather than WordPress.com (which would mean starting again there) or do you want to log into GoDaddy and point your domain here?? This is what I see when I type your URL into a browser.
