Support non-responsive

I posted domain/account questions last Friday. I have received zero response. I’m completely dead in the water here without help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I don’t know if this is an account or domain issue. I have a premium account. I had a wordpress.com blog-barely got it up and going. I transferred my own .com domain to wp. I have no access to anything I did with studioartology.wordpress.com I was going to re-do everything again but can’t seem to access my premium benefits. I would prefer to merge the wp.com with the .com

studioartology.wordpress.com might be owned by a different user account. Are you able to access this link?
http://studioartology.wordpress.com/wp-admin
If you visit https://wordpress.com/purchases you can see which site your premium plan is applied to. If it is on the wrong site, staff will need to help you transfer it.
Domains aren’t able to be transferred to WordPress.com, did you map the domain instead? You can check this at https://wordpress.com/purchases as well.

I can log in to marissavidrioblog, I can log in separately to studioartology.com I hve no access to anything that is studioartology.wordpress.com. It automatically takes me to studioartology.com
All I find in my purchase history is the receipt for PrintPress in Phoenix last year on the marissavidrioblog.
I don’t know where to find my account or purchase info on the .com page. I looked at every option on my dashboard and the header.
I did map the domain as instructed by the prompts but i can’t find any documentation for it. -
Found the account info for SA.com. It shows SA.com mapped to SAwordpress.com
SA.com is the primary domain SA.WP.com is “included with site.” It shows I have a premium account.
When I attempted to re-create my blog with the same theme as before, I didn’t have as many options to customize as I did with the original SA.WP.com blog.
