Support not answering

  Hello,

  I have a paid subscription with 24/7 support. It has been more than 24 hours with no answer or feedback from the Happiness Engineers. I am looking for practical help as support keeps referring me back to available WordPress literature that does not contain the help I need.

  The name of the agents who are not answering my queries are Farooq and Amin.

  Same here. 9 days now without a reply to my support request. Even the chatbot is ignoring me.

  Hey folks, every additional post you make here sends unnecessary email to the original poster.

  You will have better success in getting the attention of forum volunteers and staff if you open your own forum thread, if you haven’t already done so (Please only post one forum post; creating multiple posts on the same topic makes it harder to track an issue).

  Most importantly, state clearly the issue you are encountering in working with your WordPress.com website and share the full address of the site you need help with. Without that, we can’t give an informed reply.
