Support not answering email

I had to cancel two domain names by writing support an email. How long does it typically take them to return an email?

That just all depends on how many tickets are ahead of yours. If you contacted them within two days of getting the domains, then you will get the refunds.
Right now with all the blogs coming over from Live Spaces, I’m sure they are all pretty busy. I’ll tag this thread for staff attention and hopefully they will see it and reply and get your refunds going.

Did you check your Spam filters? Many times the Staff has responded many times and the replies were stuck in the users Spam filter,

I also sent in a support request from the website with helping cancelling my domain registration and haven’t heard anything. It’s for mommygetyourguns.com please cancel this ASAP.

@allisongiardini: Posting into a thread marked “resolved” will not help. I recommend that you wait until you hear from staff. It’s the weekend after all. Also verify your “Spam” folder. Spam filters are a major cause of people claiming they never heard from WP.com support.

I tagged this thread for staff attention, but there is no way to know if or when they will see it or not. If your contact to them was within the two day grace period, I’m sure they will honor the request even if it is several days.
