support not available at any time – how to contact them?

does anyone have an email address for me to contact them?
what i have to ask them is not for public consumption! -

But they ARE available at certain times: their OPENING TIMES :) These are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Believe me I wrote to them yesterday and got an answer in the day as well. When you go on your dashboard, click on “Support”. When they are open the slider will say they are and after going through some FAQs it will let you ask your question. I have learned it is far more reliable this way because you are contacting them at a time when they are behind their screens for YOU, which is ultimately what you want ( I meant you dont just want to send them an email, you actually want them to read it and answer it: so if you do that when they are open then its far better for everybody. (and the answer comes back from “support@ the domain”, so I guess its exactly as if you had sent it there).

i live on the other side of the planet so when ever i’m up and about they aren’t!
they are still closed for business so i’ll have to set my alarm for the wee hrs of the morning!
i think they ought to use an internet clock! so we all are working in the same time zone
