Support not replying (Plan upgrade)

I purchased a theme which I need to upload via zip file. I have discovered that I need a business plan to access that feature. I have lodged a request with support to upgrade my current plan to the business plan and switch my billing to monthly as I have just paid for a whole year on the personal plan. Apparently the only way we can access monthly plans is via support.
They replied: “Hello! We’ll upgrade you to the Business monthly plan and reach out to you once it’s done”
I haven’t heard anything since. I’m reaching out here for 1 last try before i’m forced to utilise the 14 day money back guarantee. Hope someone can help with this seemingly simple request.

Hi @pancakebandit69! Thanks for your patience as we handled your request. We noticed that you were able to cancel the yearly Personal plan subscription (for which you received a full refund) and that you were able to subscribe to the Business plan on a monthly basis on October 10th 2024.
You now have a monthly Business subscription that expires around the 10th of every month.
