Support on Renewing Domain

Please assist me with renewing my domain: adellecare.com. I am attempting to renew it for four years, but I receive the attached message.
How can I prove that I am the owner?
As far as I am aware, the only change since last year renewal is maybe the payment method. I am the domain owner, and the domain expired while I was ill and unable to manage renewals.
I would appreciate your urgent assistance in resolving this so I can proceed with the renewal.
I see that my domain is registered with WordPress Automattic Inc.

Please your urgent help would be appreciated.

I am the owner of the domain adellecare.com.
When I try to renew the domain via Jetpack/WordPress, I get the error that I am not the original subscriber. I have always managed and paid for this domain myself, but it seems the subscription is still attached to an old billing profile or account.Could you please:
1) Tell me which WordPress.com account/e‑mail is currently listed as the original subscriber for the domain subscription of adellecare.com, and
2) Transfer this subscription to my current WordPress.com account (this one) or otherwise make me the subscriber so I can renew the domain?Thank you in advance.

Hi, I have the same issue. I did not renew my domain subscription because my business went down and I did not know if I would be able to continue it. But now I can. How can I buy the domain again? I see that my domain is own by Automattic Inc.

my issue isn’t logging into my account, the issue is renewing my domain. I am a few days late with the renewal and it now seems that I cannot renew it? When I try to pay it dont let me pay for my renewal.

However, you’d need to first make sure you are logged into the right account that owns the domain subscription, and then try to renew or contact us from that account.
