Support pages: Firefox warning: "Invalid security certificate"
-
Loading any support pages on the https://en.support.wordpress.com domain triggers a firefox warning that the security certificate is invalid. Among other things, this seems to prevent images from displaying on those pages — highly annoying.
I am using Firefox 6.0.1 under Fedora Linux 14.
I can provide screenshots, if this is helpful.

That’s rather strange. Please upload screenshots via Media -> Add New in your blog’s Dashboard so we can take a look.

Done! Let me know if you need any information.
Sorry for the delay getting back to you. I’ve been traveling during the last few days.

That is very odd. The certificate domain and file domains do match, so I don’t see why the notice should display.
It doesn’t display under Firefox 6.0.2 with both Mac OS X 10.7.1 and Windows Vista. Perhaps there’s a problem with the build you’re using under Linux?

The detailed error screen should allow you to save a permanent exception. I’d recommend trying that.
