  There is no phone support at WordPress.com. There are the forums and, if you have a paid upgrade, there is email and chat support at

  However, your other topic is already tagged “modlook”, which means that a staff member will take a look at it and respond as soon as you are next.

  P.S. Staff usually respond to request in the order in which they arrive so there’s no need to “bump” the request.
