  I am an admin on my company’s website and have no trouble accessing it, I can’t however, access the promised support and thus had to make this account to reach out. Please email me and put me in touch with someone. I need to discuss why we experienced a website crash but I cannot get in touch with anyone at WordPress for the life of me.
