Support Reset my wordpress

    Hello new to wordpress so having a little trouble here

    First i picked a theme then decided to go with another theme. When that happen the new theme seemed to merge or pick up elements from the old theme

    So i called myself trying to fix it and ended up deleting the theme widgets and can not get them back. Now my website looks a mess and even if i pick a new theme

    the widgets are not in the side/top/bottom footer and the visual preview does not look the same after i go ahead and try and customize it to my website.

    So i am wondering if WP support can reset or start over my wordpress. To make it look like how it first did when i login to my wordpress for the very first time.
