Support response times

Two questions:
1. how long does it usually take support to respond to a question re an archived/suspended blog query
2. is anyone else having trouble updating their pages today?

The TOS team will get back to you as soon as they can.
Staff won’t discuss TOS violations in these public forums, and we volunteers have no authority in determining why a blog is suspended. Check your junk/spam file to be sure their response was not misdirected by your mail program.
I’m not having trouble updating pages today, and I’m not seeing questions in the forums asking about that problem. Perhaps you are experiencing a browser problem:

Thanks 1tess – fully understand not discussing TOS in this form – not my intention – just wanted an indicator on response times as it’s been 4 days now.
Have tried from my lap top as well as my desk top – still get the same message…so suspect it’s a wp thing as opposed to my browser.. will keep trying

You could try contacting the regular support staff:

(search for anything and when the pop-up allows choose “no” the search was not helpful, then the contact form will appear)Re: the four days, staff was off working over the weekend so the regular contact form was closed. Just be patient.
