Support team didn't reply my emails and disappeared

Hello,
I had a problem with transferring pages from one of my sites on wordpress to another wordpress site. I wrote to support team. There was one support guy, he tried to move my pages, but mixed up the ones I needed and ones I didn’t need, and then stopped responding my emails. I wrote him several emails, nothing.
Then I started a new support request. There was another woman and after I wrote her my two pages are missing she also stopped responding. I sent her several emails and no answer.
What shall I do? Why do these support people stop responding and how can I find missing pages?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

- have you checked your Pages for deleted or draft items? The Pages may be in there. To view deleted Pages or draft Pages you click on My Site > Pages and the selections will be at the top.

- I clicked on your username and I only see today’s post. Can you please provide links of your prior forum posts so that we have the information to reference?

The numbers of my support requests are #3305732 and #2970418.
Both “Happiness Engineers” stopped responding when I told them they made a mistake with my transfer and I would like to solve it.
I don’t understand why do I need to pay now for the life chat to solve a mistake made by “Happiness Engineers”. I regret already for all the “help” made by them. The main request now is to undo all the transfers made by “Happiness Engineers” as they made all the mess in my websites.The missing pages are online, but not with the original links they were created. I was able to find them only because some user made comments and I searched at the comment history. But I don’t have these pages in editing mode.
These are the missing pages which were created originally in lenataran.wordpress.com domain and I never moved them to any other domain.

For this issue, you’ll definitely need Staff to assist you, as they have access Volunteers do not.
This can definitely be accomplished on a Free plan. I’ve tagged this “modlook” so that a member of Staff is alerted to assist you.

Hi there,
We did not stop responding. You keep on sending new emails on your existing ticket. Each time you do that, your ticket goes back to the bottom of the queue, meaning we never get to it. Please stop sending new emails and be patient for someone to get to your ticket, then we can help you with this.

I would LOVE NOT TO SEND you any emails. You are keeping writing me you made everything right. And I can’t find several pages – in none of my websites. And many photos are missing from the pages “your happy engineer moved correct” as you wrote me.
And if somebody is not replying my emails it’s obviously I would send a reminder.
I am so tired of keeping writing you. Just solve all the mess in my websites made by your “support”. Not by me.
Again, summarizing: I haven’t moved any content from any of my websites. I tried to export pages myself but there was an error during import. I asked to help me with that. That’s it.
And now some pages are moved, some not, some pictures are moved, some not. And two pages (at least what I have found, but may be more) are missing – they are removed from the first place.
How would you expect me to react? -
