  Last Wed, thurs, frid, and Monday of this week each time have tried to get into Support it says its temporarily closed, no matter what the time of day or night that I try. I’m in Australia.

  Support is only open M-F from 9-4 Pacific time.

  Support times are listed on the support page – http://wordpress.com/contact-support/. In east coast Australian time it’s open in the mornings till about 10am Tuesday – Saturday.
