Support ticket / directing email already in use

    Hello

    How do I go forward to get a support ticket? I need help in directing a email already in use. To put in a extra “pointer”?

    Are you trying to reply to an existing support ticket, or start a new one?

    If you have a ticket started already, the best thing to do is look through your e-mail and simply reply to the last response you received.

    If you need to start a new support ticket, or you can’t find the last e-mail response you can start here:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

    If you are in the middle of a support ticket, you should see a link to your original question at the top of the page.

    If it’s not there, or you haven’t started a support request, you’ll just go through the steps to make sure their isn’t an easier way to get your problem solved. Assuming their isn’t, step four on the contact form will help you submit a new support request.

    It’s also worth noting that many problems can be addressed by volunteers here in the forums, and we are pretty speedy. so if you have a question, it’s usually worth posting it here and seeing if we can help you.
