My website isn’t working/loading and I messaged support nearly 24 hours ago for help without response.
Is there a standard response time?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Although angelascappatura.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up. I appreciate the response. I’m curious though, up until about a month ago it was working – and registered. Why would that have changed?

All domain mapping upgrade es are renewed annually just as all domain URLs are renewed annually. Did you fail to renew?

There’s some sort of an issue here that I cannot fathom so I’ll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Another Volunteer may answer prior to Staff but I tagged the thread so it will not fall through the cracks and escape attention. I’m looking on my domains page and it’s listed as – “Expiring – will stop functioning on Dec. 2 2014.”
But it does not give me an option to renew. -
You must be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard and renew any upgrade(s).

Good then all you need to do now is be patient while waiting for Staff who deal with threads tagged for their attention in chronological order by datestamp and timestamp.

Whois says the domain is available.
But if I try to search elsewhere it says unavailable. If I try to purchase or search on wordpress the response I get is “this domain is mapped to a wordpress blog.” -
Yes I already searched that before I originally responded. Please don’t continue to post into this thread because it’s not in your best interest to post to it after it has been tagged for Staff help. Doing so moves the timestamps forward and it takes longer to get a response. The same is true if you email more than once the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
