Support: Update “Adding Custom Links” text

Yesterday after reading this, Theme Updates for Custom Menus and More: http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2011/01/06/theme-updates-custom-menus-more/
Then starting to read this: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ and getting as far as: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links
I was left scratching my head as I could not see that option on my WordPress blog (Yes, I was logged in as an Administrator).
Then today I read this: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#additional-information and stopped scratching my head.
Once could say I should have read all of: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/
But a simple addition to: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#adding-custom-links pointing to: http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/#additional-information would stop head scratching (at least I think so).
Just a suggestion for your consideration.

Not being rude here, but why “send all of these types of suggestion directly to Staff”?
Only asking as I though the point of this particular forum is “Ideas and suggestions for WP.com”.
Additionally I thought the point of these forums (plus, nearly all forums on the web) is to receive help where needed, and also give a little back where one can…
Please note I am not wishing to offend, just trying to understand the function/purpose of these forums.

Hi There!
The reason it’s best to email staff directly via this → contact link is because they’re busy and don’t always have a chance to check the forums and threads can become buried fast on forums… By using the contact link you’re guarantee that staff got and read your suggestion…
P.s. The forums is mostly staffed by volunteers & volunteer moderators…
