support waiting time

  I’ve had a problem for over 18 hours already. How long is support waiting time supposed to take? @staff

  I need to know expected waiting time.I’m sitting in front of the computer with all the work to do and can t do a thing. Is 18 hours good customer service for online services?

  There is n o estimate of waiting time available.

  How long it takes to clear the threads and support tickets depends on how many Happiness Engineers are working on them at any given point in time. It also depends on how complex the issues in each thread and ticket are are.
