Supported theme closest to retired Garland theme?

  I’m trying to find a supported theme that is closest to the retired theme Garland. Searching for “Garland” in the existing themes yields nothing and there are too many to browse in order to find one that is most similar. Suggestions?

  Hey there,

  There isn’t currently a close match to Garland, but here are a few with some similarities:

  – Academica (http://academicademo.wordpress.com/): This theme has a 3-column layout similar to Garland. You could pick a new color scheme in the Customizer once installed.
  – Sixteen Nine (http://sixteenninedemo.wordpress.com/): This theme also has a 3-column layout and the color scheme could be customized.
  – Minimalizine (http://minimalizinedemo.wordpress.com/): This theme uses similar default colors to the Garland theme.
