i paid for a guided transfer for my blog, but i would like to do you support namecheap webhosting because thats what i have, please let me know as soon as possible, because if its not supported then i need to ask for a refund, my blog is here iamjust1ofakind.wordpress.com

When i paid for the guided transfer, i received an email some time later to inform me that my transfer would begin on monday etc and it gives me a list of supported webhosts, mine is not on that list, so, i need someone to confirm if namecheap from http://www.namecheap.com is supported, regards anna-maria.
Also, I would apprieciate it if someone gave me a link to claim for a refund if my guided transfer cannot take place, thanks.

My query has not been answered yet, i need to know quickly if my transfer can go ahead with the hosting that i have, because i dont want to run the risk of not being able to have a refund if i leave it too late, could someone reply to me? or i will have to request a refund.

Hi there, Guided Transfers are only possible through one of our supported hosts: Bluehost, GoDaddy, Dreamhost, or HostGator.
You will be able to obtain a refund since your transfer has not yet begun – one of our Guided Transfer staff will be in touch with you soon.
