  If you want to permanently delete your site, please follow this guide:

  Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a site, as we can’t revert a site deletion for any reason.

  If you want to hide your site instead, you can use the following guide to make your site private so only you and other members of the site can view it when logged in:

  So you are wanting to change your URL address?

  You can change your blog address by going to My Blogs, and clicking the Change Blog Address link that appears when you hover over the address you want to change:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-blogs/

  Note that you have the option to choose your user name to match the new blog address. If you choose this option, you will not be able to revert back to the original username, and it can affect profile URLs for other services such as Gravatar or IntenseDebate.

  There is currently no way to reset the visitor counter to a WordPress.com site. This is what you are referring to, correct? Stats on your WordPress.com blog?
