  I’ve never received the email withthe valdiation code neither the SMS. I can’t confirm and validate my account. How can I reach the support team with a free plan to remove my email from any “black” list ?

  Have you had a chance to check your spam or junk folder for the verification email? Sometimes these messages can end up there. Also they sometimes lag a little. You could try re-requesting the code again and see if comes through.
