Surrender URL to another registrar.

    On running a web-hosted wordpress.com blog my URL was in breach of trademark for a US-based company who contacted me and requested I surrender the URL to them. They were very good about the whole thing and I have since changed my URL.
    They have advised me that the matter cannot be closed until WordPress provides me with a transfer code of some kind so they can move it from my account to theirs.
    I would like to bring a close to the matter, so if I can be provided with this “transfer code” that would be great.
    I have tried cancelling my Private Registration for http://www.toughmuddermechanics.com however it responded with an error message advising me to contact WordPress Support
