  Hi, I’ve researched for a fix for this from this website as well as google search. I followed the troubleshooting steps, and called support from IONOS without any resolution. I uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled, changed themes, disabled plugins. I’m a a loss.

  On a whim, I changed the block type from shortcode to HTML, which did the trick for some reason. Although I found a workaround for this issue, the problem is why doesn’t the shortcode work, and the HTML does? I can’t be the only person who’s had this problem…
