  I need subcribe button and a textbox as not the link shown on my blog , so the users who want to subcribe to my blog type in textbox their mail address

  What you will have to use is the feedburner email subscription service as explained in this FAQ: http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/10/11/how-can-i-offer-email-updates/ .
