Hi, i recently purchased a premium subscription with the receipt number (43460900), which i then cancelled (43524484) However i never received the money back and it says i have a free subscription. Could you help me resolve this issue? thank you.

Hi Sofia, refunds can sometimes take a while to process.
If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then contact us here.
