  I registered for a new domain and cancelled my subscription the following day and I did not receive my full refund. I paid a total cost of £85 and have only receive £63.

  That was the dormain i bought but later cancelled it the following day and requested for my refund but has not recieve my refund for the dormain £15 and refund for the £7 privacy protection. Thank you

  Refunds take 7+ days to be posted into your account once they are requested. What day was the refund requested?
