Suspecious email subscribers to my Blog

  Hi. I have added the “Follow through email” widget to my blog, I noticed all the emails I am receiving are with @outlook.com, some of the names didnt seem real either. here is an example
  (email visible only to moderators and staff)
  Are these spammers, if so how can I stop this?
  Appreciate your input on this.
