Suspect hacking
-
I think my website may have been hacked as when I look on my dashboard, under ’email’, I have this email address. (email visible only to moderators and staff) I have never seen it before and it’s nothing to do with me.

Go here > Users > All Users and delete any user that does not belong there.
Disable post by email > http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-by-email/
Go to your email program and change the password now to a very difficult oneChange your blog password to a very difficult one > http://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#change-your-password
You have two separate email address settings at WordPress.com.
Blog notifications for the admin (like comment moderation, Likes, new subscriptions, etc) are sent to the email address at Settings -> General in the Dashboard.
Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.

Timethief and justjennifer have given you some excellent advice. You may also want to change your password on a regular basis as a precautionary measure.
If you do all of the above and still see the mystery email on your site somewhere, would it be possible to send along a screenshot to help in troubleshooting?
Here’s a guide on how to make a screenshot, if you’re not sure: http://en.support.wordpress.com/make-a-screenshot/
You can upload the screenshot in your Media Library and then send along a link so I can see it.
Just let us know if you need further assistance.
