Suspected incomplete PayPal payment for an upgrade

    Hello!
    My domain upgrade was about to expire on the 18th of February 2015. I wanted to renew it and was just about to pay with PayPal. However, my internet connection was interrupted before I could complete the payment, so I am pretty sure I didn’t manage to pay and there is no log of the payment in my PayPal account. However when I attempted to pay again, under the upgrades tab in my dashboard this upgrade was already listed as prolonged until next year. I even got an e-mail from WordPress with a receipt (it has receipt ID and PayPal Ref), but I am pretty sure I didn’t manage to pay.
    I am worried that the payment won’t reach you and I will lose my domain. Can you please check what happened and if I didn’t manage to pay, I would like to do so, so I can keep my domain.

    Hi again! Yes, I have this receipt, but as I said, I don’t think I managed to press the pay button – there is no payment to WordPress logged in my PayPal account and I have no confirmation e-mail from PayPal itself. So I think there is a mistake. Is it possible to get a receipt without the payment having gone through?
    I just don’t want to get a message down the road telling me that I no longer own my domain name, because payment had never arrived.

    I’m not 100% sure! It definitely might be, but from our perspective, the charge looks like it went through. It looks like the charge was paid for by credit card. Do you have a $26 charge on your credit card by chance?
