Hello. My website has been suspended for about 2 weeks and my administrator and creator of my site is awol. From what I’ve seen my domain is still active. Do you have any suggestions? 😕

Could you have built a site with the open-source WordPress software from WordPress.org and hosted it elsewhere?

Thx. Yes. I’m aware that my domain is hosted by in motion. A web design company created my website (via WordPress) a few years ago. The party who created my site has fallen off the grid. In motion said I would need a court order to access the info for my domain. Basically, I’m trying to find out other options to gain access and remove the suspension from my site. 😕

WordPress is just the name of the software you’re using in this case.
The forum you’re posting to now is for WordPress.com, a hosting provider for that software. The site isn’t hosted with us, but with another hosting provider, so we don’t have any control over it from our end, nor do we have any data for that site stored on our servers.
The suspension message you see when you try to visit it is coming from the hosting provider, In Motion, so they’re the only people who can help you in this case.
