Suspended?

    I am so lost and hope you can help me, I paid $48 for an account on September 2, and now it looks like my account is suspended and I cant for the life of me figure out how to fix it, please help!

    Hi, thanks for responding! When I try to log into my account it takes me to an old blog of mine from 2020, not the one I recently paid for. When I look up the one I’m trying to access at everythingequineandfeline.com, it says the domain has been suspended due to non-completion of an ICANN-mandated contact verification, but i’m unsure of what I missed in verifying, and how to rectify it.

    Thanks for that information! You made that purchase under a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into.

    You need to log out of imtheghoulnextdoor and into the other account to manage the site.

    If you don’t remember what account you used to purchase, you can use the transaction IDs from charges on this account to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

    Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

    WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

    Regarding the suspension of your domain, you failed to add your domain contact information with ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) within 14 days of your domain purchase.

    To fix this, you need to log into the account that owns the domain and contact support from your account page and they can help you sort this out:
