  Hello,
  Can you please help us ?
  Our blog jbay.wordpress.com has been suspended and we don’t know why ?
  We couldn’t even log in anymore as jbay ( the useraccount my boyfriend created), so I created an account now to be able to post this question, as this blog is especially my work ..
  Can you please let us know what the problem is ?

  Only staff can answer that question, so email them or use the Feedback form. I can caution you that if the blog was for-profit or had ads or affiliate program links, and was not part of the VIP bloggers program, that’s probably what did it. They have also killed blogs for not respecting copyright, although I don’t know if that’s the issue here either. Just throwing out some ideas.

  Staff will be able to answer your question.

  If you’re signed in, go to the top of the page and you’ll see My Account on the left-hand side. Under there is a drop down menu that includes Contact Support. That’s what you want.

  If it’s just an account you have then you probably don’t have a dashboard. If this is the case then send email to support@wordpress.com.

  Try the form at http://wordpress.com/contact-support/, it’s the offical solution for people who can’t access Feedback in the admin panel and may be more likely to get a response than a standard email.

  However, if you can’t even log in, it’s likely the account has been deleted and nothing can be done to restore your blog anyway.

  I’m confused. This blogger is speaking in terms of “two days ago” and yet this is how her profile reads:
  roxygirl
  Member Since
  November 16, 2006 (8 hours)
  Regardless of this discrepancy, email is the way to go and it’s not likely that a huge amount of “blog contents” have been deleted.
